The house has been remodeled and is tastefully designed with color coordinates and real wood furniture. The master bedroomt has its own bathroom with toilet and shower. This room also has a laptop so you can check emails or type that last minute report.
The house is designed with the open space plan, therefore, the living room dining room kitchen and family room are all flowed to each other, making it perfect for a party setting.
The living room has a high quality Italian leather sectional sofa and another super comfy sofa with recliners and vibrator. 12 people can sit and watch the ultra high definition TV.
For that outside BBQ there is a 18x16 covered patio so you can enjoy that outdoors cook-out rain or shine.
And of course, it does come with all modern comforts such as central air central heat, Cable and Wifi, Hi Definition tvs and other electronic equipment. There is a 60 inch HDTV in the living room, a 50in in the family room, a 48 in in the master and a 36 in in another room
Within walking distance, there is a multitude of shops and services
Within a mile or two you will find the convenience of a large shopping mall ( Eastridge) an Asian shopping center with more than 40 restaurants of many ethnic flavors from Japanese, Vietnamese to Indian. And of course there are Walmart, Walgreen, Lucky Supermarket, Sushi bar, banks and other business and entertainment venues.
