Monthly rate is $3,300. There is a $500 refundable security deposit and a $225 cleaning fee (This is not refundable. We have our own professional service who will clean upon vacancy). A monthly cleaning service is available at an additional cost. We have a fabulous housekeeper who will clean and change the sheets, pricing ranges from $175 -$225 and is an option at your expense.
If a pet is approved, an additional pet fee of $300 will be required. $200 of this fee is refundable if there is no evidence of damage or stains.

All rooms include their own personal smart TV, blackout shades for the best uninterrupted sleep, and ample closet and dresser space. The master bedroom has its own en-suite with a shower, no bathtub. The hall bath has a shower/tub and dual sinks. The family room has been furnished with a sofa, TV, desk and a king size bed to serve as an optional 5th bedroom with it's own brand new bathroom. The home has central air and heating and each room has a ceiling fan for additional comfort. No smoking or vaping in the home please.
