Hi, I'm Anika! I've been a landlord for over 7 years and am passionate about providing quality properties. My properties are pretty unique – I've got everything from cozy tiny homes to authentic adobe houses to vintage trading posts that I've converted into apartments. No matter how cool or quirky the space is, I make sure they're all outfitted with comfortable modern amenities.

I focus on corporate housing because I want to make sure business travelers have a great place to stay that's kept in tip-top shape. Having traveled a lot myself, I know what makes or breaks a stay and do my best to incorporate helpful amenities into my properties including RO water filters, climate control, blackout drapes, really comfortable beds, convenient laundry access and more!

My properties are fully furnished and thoughtfully designed because I get that when you're traveling for work, you want to just show up and have everything you need. I take care of all the details so you can focus on your job and actually enjoy your downtime in a space that feels special, not just another generic rental. I personally manage the properties and am available for whatever you need during your stay.
